Double Header Weekend: Paris Supercross and WSX Canadian GP (2025)

Get ready, racing fans! The off-season is jam-packed, and this weekend is a double dose of high-octane action. With the FIM World Supercross Championship (WSX) and the iconic Paris Supercross going head-to-head, it's a feast for any supercross enthusiast. But how do you keep track of it all? Let's break it down.

The race calendar is so full that there isn't enough room for every event to have its own weekend. This means double-header weekends are becoming the norm. This weekend is the first of two, with WSX and the Paris Supercross taking place simultaneously. Later in November, we'll see WSX and the Australian Supercross Championship also running at the same time, in different parts of Australia. It's a testament to the sport's growing popularity, but also a challenge for fans trying to follow every race.

Let's start with the Paris Supercross. This event is a long-standing tradition, celebrating its 42nd year! This year, expect to see Hunter and Jett Lawrence battling it out with Cooper Webb, a familiar rivalry that always delivers excitement. Remember last year? Jett was dominating until a crash took him out, and Webb seized the victory.

Joining the fray will be Malcolm Stewart, and Tom Vialle will make his 450 debut on a Honda, which should be a treat for the French fans.

You can catch all the action from Paris on MXGP-TV, with commentary from Paul Malin and Jason Thomas.

Meanwhile, in Vancouver, Canada, the second round of the FIM World Supercross Championship is taking place, following the opener in Argentina. A big name to watch is Eli Tomac, making his debut on a Red Bull KTM. He'll be sporting the #1 plate, having won the WSX Championship last year.

WSX themselves are hyping this weekend with the tagline: "Buenos Aires set the stage, now Vancouver takes center spotlight this weekend."

Ken Roczen, the two-time champion, is defending his title, but Eli Tomac's KTM debut adds a whole new layer of intrigue. He dominated BC Place last year, so he'll be looking to challenge Roczen and Jason Anderson on his new bike.

In the SX2 class, Max Anstie continues to lead the pack, with Shane McElrath and Enzo Lopes closing in. Justin Cooper will also be making a wildcard appearance. With Roczen, Anderson, Savatgy, and more in the mix, it will be a good test of Tomac's speed.

Don't miss a moment! Check out the "How to Watch" information to keep up with both the WSX in Vancouver (Saturday only) and the two-day Paris Supercross. Enjoy the races!
